Originally from South America, quinoa seeds have been one of the most popular health foods in the world for years because they are highly nutritious and a valuable source of protein, minerals, copper and magnesium. They are also rich in fibre, the vitamin B complex, vitamin E and iron. People with a gluten allergy can eat our organic quinoa flakes without any problems. Even the packaging is gluten-free. If you prefer them cooked, simmer for 10 minutes and allow to stand for another 10.
