Quinoa breakfast with apple and cinnamon

Quinoa flakes
  • 40g Meesters van De Halm quinoaflakes
  • 250ml almondmilk
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • handfull of walnuts

Peel the apple and cut into cubes.


Bring the almond milk to a boil and add the quinoaflakes and cinnamon. Add the apple cubes after 2.5 minutes. Leave to simmer for 2.5 more minutes.


Take the pan from the stove and put the mixture into a bowl. Garnish with some walnuts. Enjoy!
