Crunchy muesli cookies

Krokante muesli rozijnen
  • 150-200gr Meesters van De Halm crunchy muesli
  • 150g self-raising flower
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Melt the butter. Add the sugar, eggs, self-raising flour and crunchy muesli.


Put some anti grease paper on a baking tray and add the dough. If it is still sticky, you can add some flour to make it easier to create a big equal cookie.


Put the oven tray in the middle of the oven and bake for about 15-20 min. Cut into pieces while it still is a bit warm and leave them to cool. Enjoy!
