Rice Flakes

Rice flakes are hulled and crushed grains of rice. The rice we use comes from France, Spain and Italy. You can eat these rice flakes uncooked or simmered for 10 minutes and then left to stand for another 10. Have rice flakes for breakfast with fruit and yoghurt or use them to make a delicious dessert like rice pudding. People with a gluten allergy can eat our rice flakes without any problems - even the packaging is gluten-free.
