Ideal as overnight oats made in the evening to eat the following morning. Quick and easy, ultra-tasty and, compared with for example bread or toast, a really low-calorie breakfast. Oatmeal also keeps hunger pangs at bay for a long time. How is it different to oat flakes? Oatmeal is made from smaller flakes because we cut the seeds into pieces before crushing them. The preparation time is also shorter than it is for oat flakes. Simmer for about 15 minutes, then leave to stand for another 10.
