Our organic millet has a natural, nutty flavour. Millet is rich in fibre and stimulates the digestion. It is also gluten-free (even our packaging is gluten-free). You can use it to make wonderful biscuits and cakes, and to bake the best-tasting bread. Of course, it also makes an excellent breakfast cooked as a porridge or stirred uncooked into yoghurt or milk.
