You can eat our organic buckwheat flakes for breakfast with milk, cheese curds or yoghurt. You can also use them for making cakes or porridge (simmer for 10 minutes and allow to stand for another 5). Buckwheat is nutritious and easy to digest. People with a gluten allergy can eat our buckwheat without any problems because it is 100% gluten-free. Even our packaging is gluten-free!
