Amaranth is rich in vegetable protein, iron, calcium and magnesium and is ideal for making muesli, porridge or soup. Amaranth is also really tasty in salads. The flakes have a fast cooking time and an exceptionally rich flavour. They only have to simmer for 10 minutes and do not need to be left to stand. Our organic amaranth flakes do not contain gluten. Even our packaging is gluten-free.
