With our organic 4-grain flakes, you can make a uniquely Dutch breakfast of champions. It is a blend of four Dutch-grown cereals: oats, barley, rye and wheat. Because most people already eat sufficient wheat, it has the lowest proportion in our 4-grain flakes. Use it to make porridge or add a couple of spoonfuls and a little fresh fruit to yoghurt or milk to enjoy a little piece of heaven! Tip: try a little variation with our 7-grain flakes.
