Wheat Flakes


Wheat is one of the most widespread cereal crops in the world and people have been eating it in one form or another for thousands of years. It is full or vitamins and minerals and it can be easily worked into widely ranging products. We use wheat that is 100 per cent organically grown in the Netherlands. Simply boil our wheat flakes in milk for 20 minutes and allow to stand for another 10 to make great-tasting porridge. They are also delicious (and easy) uncooked stirred in yoghurt or milk!
